4. Shipping and Delivery:

   - Once the exclusive product has passed quality assurance, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

   - We partner with DHL express to ensure safe and timely delivery to the customer's specified address.

   - Customers will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment until it reaches its destination.

5. Customer Satisfaction:

   - Our commitment to customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason customers are not completely satisfied with their exclusive product, they can contact our customer service team for assistance.
